On Friday, September 26, 2025<\/strong>, the CEO of House of Charcoal<\/strong>, Asep Jembar Mulyana<\/strong>, was invited as a special guest at the business talkshow Syariah-preneur \u201cNaik Kelas\u201d<\/strong>, organized by the Indonesian Muslim Entrepreneurs Community (KPMI) Bogor Chapter<\/strong>, held at Galeria Hybrid Syariah, Vivo Mall Sentul Bogor<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

In this session, Asep delivered an insightful presentation on \u201cOptimizing Export Potential and Halal Financing in the Digital Era.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

He shared his personal journey, from experiencing transmigration and facing hardships in Jakarta, to eventually establishing House of Charcoal<\/strong> as one of the leading coconut shell briquette companies in Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n

Asep emphasized that poverty is not a barrier to progress<\/strong>, highlighting that Islam guarantees success as a right for everyone<\/strong>. For him, business must always be aligned with faith and values. He holds firmly to the principle:<\/p>\n\n

\u201cChase the world, and the hereafter will stay away. Chase the hereafter, and you will attain it \u2014 and the world will follow you.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n

The event began with Asep\u2019s presentation, followed by an engaging Q&A session with participants.<\/p>\n\n

He also underlined the importance of creating products that can convince both ourselves and others<\/strong> that they are truly exceptional. According to him, success is a life choice<\/strong>, and running a business requires consistency (istiqomah) and perseverance (ikhtiar)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

Asep gave his own life as an example \u2014 having remained consistent and perseverant for over 20 years to achieve his current success.<\/p>\n\n

The talkshow became a source of inspiration for entrepreneurs to keep striving, uphold Islamic values in business, and seize the growing opportunities in halal export and financing<\/strong> in today\u2019s digital era.<\/p>\n\n
